This app has a good design, but it only detects when I play a note 3/5 times. I have to restart the app fequently.

Seems like it would be a great app but no matter how good the phone can hear the guitar the tuner is very buggy and sometimes wont move at all.

Its so simple to use and its quite accurate. I also like that theres various tones to tune with. If youre looking for something quick and easy, this is your app.

This is app its really handy, but it is not the most accurate one...

So this app has brought me satisfaction but also disappointment. The good part about this app is its fairly accurate readings on tune. Sadly though, the readings arent as good as they could be with just a little more work. Also, when I was trying out a different tuning, it was saying my high E string was too low. So naturally, I kept tuning it up (by the way Im new to guitar and this is very much user error but the app had a part to play in it as well) it snapped like the dickens! So I would say, get the app and invest the $1.99 for all tunings, but mostly, know your guitar. Trust your gut on what does and doesnt sound right.

Easy to use Great tool

This is by far the easiest tuning app out there for acoustic guitars. At first I was a little skeptical on whether or not I should trust it. After the first tune I checked by ear to see if the tone was correct and it was spot on. P.S.- I used an Iphone 6 (if that matters)

Works great as a tuner and thats all I needed. Just like the little electric tuners they used to have before phones.

While good with standard tuning, when I try to do other forms of tuning ex. Drop D, it will not register some of the strings. Please fix!

Honestly, it used to be an excellent app. It was my go to for guitar tuning, and Id recommend it to any beginner IF it didnt stop working recently. No idea what the problem is, but its a real shame, as its the only guitar tuner Ive found that has such a variety of tunings. Hopefully they fix it.

This app required absolute silence in the room to hear my guitar, u have to upgrade to tune chromatically, so unless u always play in standard tuning its impractical. Would recommend guitar Tuna over this in a heartbeat. My main complaint is the app seems hard of hearing - I have to press my mic right next to my strings in order to get a reading and even then it takes a while to recognize this string. If there is any ambient noise in the room (like at a gig) forget it.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Every time I tried a note, the app simply would not respond. I tried multiple techniques but it still wouldnt work! Please fix this problem!

I use this so to tune when there is no piano - love it

Works just like its supposed to. Nothing fancy, no drain on resources. Perfect little standard tuner thats right in your pocket!

It Broke my string

Not very accurate at reading tunes Most of the time it doesnt even pick up the strings
